COLLEGE FOREIGN STUDENT
(International Applicants)Minimum Requirements:
- Full-fledged citizen of a foreign country; AND
- Undergraduate student abroad wanting to transfer/continue at PSU; OR graduate of a foreign Senior High School
Grade Requirements:
- No grade below C+ in all subjects
Documentary Requirements:
- Scholastic Records / Transcript of Records (showing all grades and GWA)
- Honorable Dismissal (if college units were earned)
- Passport Bio-page & Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR-I) Card
- Student Visa (if applicable) & Police Clearance from country of origin
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
- Birth Certificate duly authenticated by Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP)
- English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS-6 band score, TOEFL-min 500 paper / 173 computer) if non-English native/medium
- 2x2 ID Picture
- Official Receipt of Admission Fee (USD $17 / Php 800) from Cashier’s Office (non-refundable)
